Refund Policy

Your deposit is refundable for 15 days. If the event is canceled within 90 days of the scheduled date, the client signing the contract is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance 90 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled more than 90 days prior, payments made beyond the initial deposit amount will be fully refunded. Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to Client.

For those booking less than 90 days in advance, the deposit is refundable for 15 days. Balance is due 15 days prior to the event. After the 15 day deposit refund window, the client signing this contract is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance at the time of signing the contract, less payments made. Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to client.

It is understood that if this is a “Rain or Shine” event, Party Pleasers’ compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance; however safety is paramount in all decisions. Party Pleasers’ compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
